The Chapel
We rent our breathtaking chapel.
This beautiful Chapel is great for any occasion under 100 in attendance. A church built for a small rural community called Clem quickly became a light of hope for many families in the early 1900s. This was a family church that meant a lot to the community. Despite its rich history, the church had to close its doors in 2018. The church was purchased by a contractor, who renovated it into a unique home and then sold it to the current owners in 2020. The Chapel has now been returned to a Church. The focus now is to restore and respect the churches’ rich history, yet make new memories in the years to come.

We prefer no smoking; however, we have a smoking area away from the church.
What We Offer:
A Church built in the 1890s with authentic shiplap and stained glass windows.
It is an intimate setting for 80 people inside the chapel
Enough Chairs and Tables for all guests.

2025 Wedding Packages:
Two-Day Wedding Rental: (Friday and Saturday)
$1,750 Two-Day (6 am-9 pm) Rental with a Max of 80 Guests (Set up and break down included in that time)
Complete use of the property for 2 days
Use of all tables, chairs, and white tablecloths
The cleaning fee is $100 and added to the end total
One-Day Wedding Rental: (Friday or Saturday)
$1250 1-Day (6 am-9 pm) max of 80 guests (Set up and break down included in that time)
Complete property for one day (This gives plenty of time for decorating and food preparation)
Use of all tables, chairs, and tablecloths.
The cleaning fee is $100 and added to the end total.
Note: We only offer 1-day and 2-day packages for weddings.
Half-Day Wedding Rental: (Sunday Only)
$750 Half-Day (1 pm-9 pm) max of 80 guests (Set up and break down included in that time)
Complete property for half day on Sunday. Note: we only offer half days on Sundays.
Use of all tables, chairs, and tablecloths.
The cleaning fee is $100 and added to the end total.
2026 Wedding Packages:
Two-Day Wedding Rental: (Full Church)
$2000 Two-Day (6 am-9 pm) Rental with a Max of 80 Guests (Set up and break down included in that time)
Complete use of the property for 2 days.
Use of all tables, chairs, and white tablecloths.
The cleaning fee is $100 and added to the end total.
One-Day Wedding Rental: (Full Church)
$1500 1-Day (6 am-9pm) max of 80 guests (Set up and break down included in that time)
Complete property for one day (This gives plenty of time for decorating and food preparation)
Use of all tables, chairs, and tablecloths.
The cleaning fee is $100 and added to the end total.

$75 per hr with 4 hr minimum
